Real Estate AgentsIt is a mandatory condition in the use of this PropertyNow website by real estate agents, that all agents warrant to PropertyNow that they posses a valid and current real estate License in good standing.It is also mandatory that agents carry all relevent paperwork per listing displayed and as required by their state and national legislature.
This includes the copy of contract and agency agreements where required by The Department of Fair Trading and the Real Estate Act.
Agents are responsible for the accurate and honest portrayal of all listing information and are responsible for the verification of that data prior to marketing their listings on PropertyNow.
Agents agree to maintain listings and to promptly remove sold, withdrawn or expiring listings

Agent Assisted SaleAn agent assisted sale is one in which the vendor is responsible for the property inspection with a prospect.
It is a condition of use of this site by such clients that they have arranged the required contract for sale and which PropertyNow can verify.
Vendors warrant that they are either the legal owners of the property displayed and / or have the legal entitlement to sell the property. Vendors must supply proof of ownership to PropertyNow.
( e.g. council rates record or copy of title deeds etc )
Vendors shall not make dishonest or misleading statements about their property.
An example of a misleading comment could be " no deposit needed " when in fact a deposit is asked for.
Another example may be " ocean views " when such views are not genuinely available from a normal viewing position within the property
Please refer to the relevent sections within your state Fair Trading body as to what may constitute false or misleading information within a real estate advertisiment
The client / owner must inform PropertyNow in writing immmediately and prior to price changes in the property displayed.
Images and text used in ads must be owned and/or created by the vendor. Any use of images owned by real estate agents must only occur where a written authority has been obtained by the vendor from the legal or copyright owner of the images or data.
Vendors must display the correct legal ( generally the council rates ) address on the property listing.Vendors must use the true and accurate suburb and make no attempt to secure greater search results by falsifying the correct legal address with a more prominent adjoining suburb.
Vendors should verify that they are in no legally binding contract for sale with either another real estate agent or person prior to marketing on PropertyNow website.
