PropertyNow has been offering an agent assisted sale for over 5 years and we are seeking the support of past, present and future clients, in preventing realestate.com.au from potentially removing our long standing access to it's website.

Our service is crucial to hundreds of thousands of Australians and we perceive that it may be a breach of Australian constitutional law or possibly Trade Practices Law for a real estate portal   to deny our service to clients of PropertyNow.

While this has not happened yet,  the possibility is that such an action may occur at some time in the future.

Even if you have never been a client of PropertyNow, we still suggest that you add your name and email address to our database, so that you help us to protect the rights of every Australian to choose to sell their own home effectively.

  4.   I wish to affirm my rights under the Australian constitution, to have my property marketed on realestate.com.au by using the PropertyNow agent assisted sale.
  5.   I am either a past or current seller of property and I wish to be contacted and informed of any future class action law suit against realestate.com.au,
    Note: Such an action is likely should the ability of PropertyNow to market agent assisted sales on realestate.com.au ever be removed or limited.
